Nikon D90 Package on ebay, is this a good deal?

The whole package is on sale for the weekend for $1400. As i understand, a new D90 body sells for $999 on amazon, and the 2 VR lenses included are about $400 for both brand new on amazon. The seller has a very high positive feedback rating, and guarantees the camera to be a brand new USA model with a Nikon USA warranty. I contacted the seller and he stated all lenses and other items are brand new as well. Now this seems like a great deal to me, but i want to get others opinions on the matter, seeing as how i’m new the DSLR world. I know the lenses are older models but they do have VR, which i’m looking for. I’m not too concerned with the other items included, like the other 2 lenses, backpacks and tripods, as they would be essentially free at that price. What do you think?
