Are there really cameras in schools?

Ok so there was recently 2 bomb threats at my school and the principal said they were going to look at the tapes in the bathroom to see who went in and out on friday and today when it was done. Can they really have cameras in bathrooms? If so that kind of makes me uncomfortable lol.

Yes there are cameras in schools, but not in the toilets.

The cameras your principal referred to would be outside the toilets, but able to see who went in and out of the door.

And trust me, he’s not joking about checking them. We have them at our school and they get used for every incident.

But don’t worry, they don’t film you when you are actually in the toilet.
