what camera should i buy?

I have about $200-$250 to buy a brand new camera, i wanted to now which is the best available at that price, and if you can recommend any websites to buy a camera, along with deals or coupons.
and i am looking for a good brand like nokia or cannon, with at least 10 megapixels

In your price range you will not find a good Canon or Nikon camera, and I would never buy a Nokia. Both Canon and Nikon specialize in high-end Digital SLR cameras. For your price range your will have to go with the point-and-shoot cameras. I recommend Kodak, Fujifilm, Sony, or Samsung although each one of them has there own problems. Kodak has battery problems but has the best value. Fujifilm has good quality cameras but are in the higher price range. Sony and Samsung both or good choices and they are moderately priced but they do seem to have problems and neither of those companies are devoted to cameras. If you could spend $350+ then I would definitely recommend a Digital SLR but for your price range you have no choice but to go with a medium to high-end point-and-shoot. The best value I have seen is the Kodak Easyshare Z1485 IS. It has an amazing 14MP lens and 5X optical zoom all for around $200. It also shoots 720p HD video, but then again Kodak has some major problems with batteries and charging solutions. Hope I have helped you out.
