My husband ran a red light in my car and I didn’t pay it what will happen? Can you challange it, since I was not the driver but since the car is registered in my name I got the ticket?
Most likely your tags and driver’s license will be suspended until you pay the fine. Most laws relating to red light cameras are charged to the vehicle owner, not the driver.
You may not be able to contest it now that you didn’t answer the charge when you got it originally.
