n neither does ritz camera-n the guy said he knows of no local places (i’m not comfortable sending my negatives to another state)
i’m not having n e luck finding a place when i look online.

Walmart or Sams Club can do it, possibly even CVS if they exist in your area. Any place that has a digital photographic printer (behind the counter, not the Kodak thing you use yourself, such as a Fuji Minilab) should be able to. When I stopped working at walmart earlier this year the fee was $.28 per negative placed on a CD…though I’ll warn you quality from a 110 neg is crap. If you have a lot to do there was a company that was doing scans for around 10 cents each but you had to send them off, but they received excellent reviews in the photography magazine I saw them in.
Keep in mind a lot of places will TELL you they can’t do it because they just don’t want to deal with it, or because their lab tech are Joe off the street who doesn’t know his aperture from a hole in the ground. That and 110 is a major pain in the rear to deal with.
