My camera has a Lens error??????????????????????????????

I dropped my camera a canon powershot a480 and now it has a lens error. I got it for Christmas December 25, 2010. Is it still under warranty, and how can I fix it?

If you have a warranty from the store you bought it then, its a chance that they can send you a new camera or fix it. I bought my nikon camera from wal-mart and bought a warrenty. If something happens to my camera I can just send it back and get a new one. Or you try sending it back to the manufacter and see if they can fix the damage. Its possible that this can work.
