Best Digital Camera w/great image quality for under $150?

I want to get a great camera for my trip to Japan, so I can have some great pics for my blog for my friends and family. It can’t be too much, I don’t have much cash to spare. I want either 8-10MPxls, a good LCD screen on it, great image quality, somewhat user friendly, a sleek design, and some good image editing features such as rule of 1/3rds grid and red eye eliminator, maybe environment auto-adjusting since I’m not the best at tweaking the setting to get a good quality pic. I would go DSLR but I lack that type of cash, plus a compact would be loads easier to carry. I’d rather go with a more recognizable company like Canon, Sony, Olympus, or Nikon.
