hey i am 15 years old and keen to learn about photography, we dont have a photography course at school 
thats y im asking.
Whats a cheap model? that can tak epictures of fast moving objects and light, like a good shutter speed. also how do you take pictures of light graffiti?

I have a point and shoot, the Polaroid i1037. It has plenty of different modes. I suggest playing with the different modes. The Polaroid i1037 has shutter priority and aperture priority. Many point and shoots that I have work with have these basic options. The Polaroid i1037 cost me about $100.00 US. I mainly have it as my backup camera/action camera.
I also have a DSLR camera and a CCD camera. Both have advanced options to shoot with.
Remember the faster the shutter speed, the quicker it will take a photo. You also have to keep in mind that faster shutter speeds will not let much light in. You will have to adjust the aperture to increase the amount of light the camera allows in.
With aperture, the smaller the f stop, the larger the “hole” of camera that is open to allow light in. Aperture can also be used to develop depth of field. The smaller the f stop, the larger the depth of field.
