What would be a nice cheap camera that has good Frames Per second speed as well as good color?

I would prefer it to be small&light,
but whatever there is would be finee.

I have to recommend the Canon PowerShot SD780 IS. ($199 at Amazon) It has one feature that other brands do not, a separate optical viewfinder (the little hole you look through at your subject). LCD viewfinders just don’t work well in broad daylight. If you are going to take pictures outdoors, you should consider getting a camera with an optical viewfinder. It comes in red, black, silver or gold. And it shoots at 30 fps!
