Is there a better camera than Canon Powershot SX110IS ?

I am seriously considering to buy Canon SX110. I went to the camera store to look at some options. I thought the SX10 was too bulky and heavy for me so SX110 seems to be the best choice. I’m not ready for DSLR. I need a good point and shoot.

Is there a camera that’s similar to SX110 that I can look into?

been very happy with it. I paid $318 at Staples last october 2007.

I now see it for $199.

How much better is the 110is? worth the higher price tag?
