does anyone know where i can get extremely cheap disposable camera?

hi i need about 40 disposable camera to put on the table for the guests to take picture put i don’t want to pay alot of money for them i would prefer to stick below a $100 so help me please.

If I may offer some advice… don’t bother.

The cheap disposable cameras are recycled (have been used before and are taped together with electrical tape underneath the cardboard), and the film they use inside is garbage.

Generally weddings are very low-light situations. The film they put in those cameras is bad enough in broad daylight, but it’s absolutely useless anywhere else. Unless your wedding is outside in the middle of the day, the film is worthless.

I worked in a camera/photofinishing store for 5 years and got a lot of these orders. People would bring in 25-40 cameras, spend tons of money getting them developed, and be extremely disappointed. Out of literally hundreds of pictures, some people got 5-7 pictures that were at all recognizable, and maybe one or two that were half-way decent.

Even the best photographers couldn’t do much with those cameras… but you don’t have the best photographers taking the pictures… you have drunk people and children taking pictures. You’ll get about 40% pictures of the floor and ceiling, 30% pictures of the plates, food and centerpieces (which are taken too close, so they’re washed out by the flash), 30% pictures of things that are too far away for the flash to reach them, and the rest will have fingers across have the frame.

Instead, spread the word that you’d like your family members and friends to share their snap-shots with you. Half the people that come to your wedding will have digital cameras that are work 200 times what you’re going to spend on the disposables. Set up a webpage that they can upload their pictures to, so you have access to them.

I made a photo album for my cousin’s wedding (she had it in a week, whereas her photographer took 2 months to get her book to her). I was IN her wedding, and I still filled a 300-photo album with great pictures for her to have as soon as she got back from her honeymoon. Get half your guests to give you 10 pictures each, and you’ll have hundreds of great shots.

PLEASE, don’t waste your money, for crying out loud!
