Duty free camera. I am confused by all the hype on the displayed web pages purporting to refer to “Duty free” but in fact any but. My wife and I will be travelling to the UK via Singapore and I know there are bargains to be got from either Brisbane,Singapore or London Heathrow airports. Can anyone be off assistance?>

At Singapore’s airport, only alcohol is duty-free. Other products such as cameras are not duty-free, but they are definitely the same price or cheaper than other places in Singapore. The airport has a policy that they’ll pay you twice the difference in price if you can find the product you bought at the airport sold at a lower price at another place in Singapore. I’m sorry I don’t know about the other two airports, but I’m guessing electronics are cheaper in Singapore.
