Question As Per Home Privacy?

For the past almost ten years I have had a new neighbor living beside me, however he has not been easy to get along with despite our best intentions. After a rash of having fireworks set off out front he installed a surveillance camera, in combination with a home alarm system, and motion activated lights outside the master bedroom window. Within the past 2 or 3 years (approximately) he has installed a wireless camera in the back of his car. Recently, however I found out that he is planning on setting up a third video camera able to see on to both my property, as well as what goes on inside my home.

What can I do about this? I can understand wanting to have his home and family protected, but is this legal?
