If my phone is messing up, will MetroPCS give me another, free?
I’ve had my phone for a while now. Maybe since April. And recently, it is messing up. It freezes when things are loading and it shuts itself off and turns back on, and sometimes it won’t send a message. And I used to have 200 pictures, but the memory is full so I deleted some, then I took some more, but deleted them, now I have only 19, and every time I try to take a picture it says the memory is full..uh no it’s not, I only have 20 pictures! and it always says “camera error”. I’ve never dropped my phone or anything and it just messes up all the time..
If I go to the Metro store, and complain, will they give me another free, with all my information still on it or what will they do? I paid 180 for this phone, and now it’s only 40 dollars, and it’s junk. Will Metro do anything for me? OR will they make me pay for a whole new one and transfer?

my phone has the exact same problem, and i got it at the very beginning of june. i had around 400 pictures, and i went threw and deleted a good 300 of those and it still says my memory is full. metro pcs sucks, my other phone broke that i had with them, and they made me buy a whole new phone. and now i’ve only had it for a little over 2 months and this one is messing up to. 
hopefully since you haven’t had your phone for a year they’ll give you a new one though since it’s still under warrantyy
