Can you develop a 2 year old disposable kodak camera?

I have a camera that was supposed to be developed by 12/2003 and I want to know if I can still develop it.

yes but be prepared for some of the photos to not turn out very well. i’ve developed cameras and film after 5 years and they turned out fime for the most part. only had a few that didn’t turn out very well.
