camera warranty question?? Kodak Zi6?

I have the kodak Zi6 camera. I like it. but when I film with it the picture is kind of blurry when I upload it onto youtube and there is always this ringing sound. I use my camera alot. but I have to use my webcam to make videos.

It still has warranty. I got it at target. would I be able to switch it in for another one? the same model. or a different one. whichever. or would I just have to get it fixed. or could I just sned in for another one? has anyone had problem with the Zi6? HELP! I am desperate.

Call Kodak. I think Target won’t take it back for defects but will refer you to the company. Ask them, or read the sign in the store that has all the details behind the return counter (large one in the back wall).

This won’t be fun, but they’ll ask you to send it in for repair. It’s not fun because they can come up with excuses like you dropped it, or claim to fix it when they haven’t. However, maybe the ringing is a known problem? Officially they should send you a remanufactored one to replace it if it’s defective.

Also google online for the buzz & that model & for people’s experiences with Kodak repair to see how they tend to handle things…
