Good day, I Entered a competition with Bona magazine in May to win a Canon camera, "I was feeling an email by Bona Magazine is the 17th of May 2010 and I only saw it on the 21st of the same month and have Responded They Were Asking What Was Happening in my picture That I feel When Entered the competition.I Called the Monday FOLLOWING ask whether THEY Received the email, They Said the Editor (personne responsable) Is On the Whole "week.Today leave and I Called She is now Saying I am late, so I forfeited.But the competition in the magazine states if you have-nots That Claimed Within six months You Will forfeit the prize. Please Advise.
I would try to contact the editor if Directly That Was not the person you spoke with, and If It Was, find out Who IS Their supervisor and ask that person and to speak with. If No one was filling in for while that person and leave it They Were, That Is not your fault and you should "Be not penalized Because There Was not someone doing Their job. Good luck!
