What does the “panorama” mode on digital cameras do?
ok idk what that means, like on sony cameras it says “sweep panorama mode” what does that do? then it tells you something about how many degrees with that panorama mode……..whats that?

Sweep Panorama Mode reaches beyond the traditional wide angle lenses to let you capture expansive, breathtaking shots of landscapes or skyscrapers. Just press the shutter and shoot the scene with a sweeping motion. The camera does the rest.
I’m assuming the sweeping motion means you start from one side and pan across to the other side of your view. The degrees are in relation to a full circle, 360 degrees being the full circle. 90 degrees would be a right angle, 180 would be full left to right.
I just watched the video, and it shows how to do the panorama, about halfway into the video. It goes to 185 degrees, which is a little beyond full left to right. Watch the video and see for yourself.
