Legal help needed.?

I have an issue with slum land lords and Manager.They are constantly harassing me so I could move out. They have tried to evict me 2 times once I won the case and the 2nd time they send me a lawyers letter just to move out and I don’t have to pay..My apartment is roach infested ,I have no oven it is completely out of service the gas company said so.And much more problems to list.I have called The health department as of 2 months ago and no professional work has been done.I don’t know if owners were fined for failure to comply .The manager has illegally went in to my apartment which I have a police report and just today the manager decided to do work on the building where my parking space is so I had to park about 2 blocks away.I got a camera and recorded him saying I didn’t receive a 24 hour notice at least so I could get a parking closer.I also have been to the hospital because I had a break down because of them.I don’t know where I could get help or what I could do.Help?

1.) You live in a roach infested apartment with no oven.

2.) Your landlord wants you out bad enough to let you leave without paying anything.

Just leave, and find a better apartment. This isn’t rocket science.
