larceny, juvenile, fourth offense?
two days ago, i was with my friend in a local wal mart. he decided to steal some merchandise, and they said on the security tapes that iwas trying to block the cameras view of him. i walked out before him and got stopped, they said i was just as guilty as him. he tried to steal 4 pairs of ipod headphones, a can of duster, and a wii remote control. i didnt attempt to steal them, at any point, and i have been to juvey three times prior. first for destruction of property, second for possesion of paraphenelia, and the third time for destruction of property. i have completed both probation and the D.Y.S program. i got through d.y.s without having any trouble at all. and i have been out of trouble for the past three years. what would the consequences of this be? and what would be the best way to handle it? i really need help, i dont know what to do.
First, get rid of your friend. Second, get yourself straightened out. If you continue down this road, and you may be there already, you won’t do anything with your life. Third, talk to your attorney.
