speed cameras flashed me on i-10 phoenix?
i was going 76 on 65 or so the ticket says i don’t remember being flashed but the driver is definitely me. im struggling with cash right now so i cant afford to pay it now my friend told me if i don’t pay that a warrant will be filed against me. and then another friend told me i don’t have to pay unless it was served to me (brought to me personally), which it wasn’t i received it in the mail. who is right?? and do i face any consequences for not paying. also the car i was in is under my name
