What are some pros and cons of surveillance in the workplace?

I have to write 3 pages about the pros and cons of surveillance in the workplace. It can be about any kind of surveillance. I already have a few ideas about some for video surveillance but im having such a hard time stretching it out to 3 pages. Here are some point i made so far, if you can help me elaborate on them that would be awesome! thanks in advance

PROS:
1) Allow for a feeling of increased safety from the employees
2) Theft deterrent / Evidence of crime
3) Promotes good behavior onto the employees

CONS:
1) If cameras are installed in improper locations it can be an invasion of privacy
2) It can cause instances when it lowers employee morale. If employees know they are being watched constantly, then it might cause a case where the employees feel that the employers don’t trust them.

I think you covered all the pros and cons with video surveillance. Can you have other forms of surveillance in your paper?

CONS: Hiring a security guard.
Possible law suits?

PROS:
If someone needs to be removed from the building you have someone trained to do so.
I don’t know these were my best guesses. Seems you already covered all the bases.
