What camera should I buy to take professional looking fashion pictures?

Hi, my name is Odalys. My sister Glendy and I recently open a small multi wear clothing business named LYSDY. We were thinking to hire a professional photographer to take the pictures of our clothes, but a photographer is too expensive, so we decide that would be better if we take the picture instead of expending almost $1,000 every time we need a photographer. Now, which camera would be the best to make a professional looking fashion pictures??

It’s not the camera, it’s the photographer. You can buy the best, most expensive camera and still make your fashions look bland and uninteresting.

At the very least you need to buy a quality DSLR, lights, and reflectors and follow a proper photography course (not a one-day seminar at the camera store or an online course).

By the time you’re done you will have spent more than the cost of hiring a photographer and your results still won’t be in the same league.

You know, in university Fashion photography is a 40-hour course, do you really think you’re going to buy a camera and suddenly become a fashion photographer ?
