Sony Cameras Have a Dangerous Lead Cord?

Does the UBS cord leading from the camera to the computer contain the chemical lead? The directions said lead and I can’t tell if it meant lead the dangerous chemical or “leed”. I touch it everyday several times to post pictures and now my OCD is kicking in. Do I have to wash my hands everytime I touch it if it does have lead?? Now I’m worried that I can’t scratch myself or whatever but I don’t want to have to get up and wash my hands. What should I do?

It’s USB, a name of port in the PC wherein the cable of camera is fixed.I do not know if the cable contains any Lead metal,but a small piece of wire used for keeping the cable in a coiled shape when not in use does contain Lead metal.You have to be careful while using that small piece of wire covered with black/white colored plastic material.You can dispose it off and use a cotton lace just to tie the USB cable.
