Just see this question from Yui_inter, but it already resolved.I would like to note her somethings.Sorry that this one may disturb the others who try to resolve this problem.
I went to Shang Hai 2 months ago.There’re a few recommendations below ;
- Chinese Taxi has the bad image for the tricky fee.Make sure there’s meter on the Taxi u move on and ask the driver to operate it (Actually the Taxi fee is not so expensive,start about 1 US$).Moreover, the traffic in the rush hour is very severe.It’s better to use many metroes in Shanghai and Beijing for ur travelling.
- Lonely planet guidebook is alright.I’ve used it when i went to Japan and Europe.But b careful,almost of Chinese can’t speak English (even their govt are trying).They can’t help u when u lost the way.Better to picking up the metro line map from the hostel and keep it with u during travelling.
- Be careful for ur properties, i lost my camera in the metro even i put it in the zipped pocket.
Thanks a lot for your recommendation and sorry for the loss of your camera. It’s really an adventure – tricky people, loss of belongings. Anyhow, you made it – bravo !! I hope I can make it too.
