This is a really simple gadget. All you need to do is fasten it right on your helmet or whatever it is that you are wearing. You can choose to put it on your bike or motorcycle or anything that you will be using for your extreme activity. The gadget has been designed to be easily attached so it will surely not be a problem for you. And when you have done so, you need to choose just what resolution you would like it to take your adventures. The options are 160 x 120 as the smallest, 320 x 240 as the medium sized option, and the largest which is 640 x 480. And then, you have to choose between 15 fps and 30 fps for the frame rate.
