I met this cute guy; he was working in electronics at Wal-mart. I asked him about a camera and he starts giving me the answer and slips in ma. I thought it was kinda sexy. Do you think he was flirting with me or did he think of me like a mom?
I think it’s local slang. I’m in the midwest and once when I was in NY someone called me ma and I had no idea that it was just slang to them. I was really offended and thought she was accusing me of being authoritative or something!
