So how do you know if you’re a good candidate for a GPS speed camera?  It’s simple.  If you’re a driver, and you’re not some granny who habitually toodles around at a steady 5 mph below the speed limit, you probably need one.  Unless you never travel into town or heavily populated areas, you can be at risk for running red lights, even unintentionally, as well as catching the attention of a cop who belongs to a particularly budget-stricken department.  

Another reason you should consider getting yourself a GPS speed camera detector is if you drive a nice car.  Cops habitually target people they think are rich enough to pay a ticket and think that time spent in court to dispute it just isn’t worth the hassle.  If this describes you, you definitely need a GPS radar detector!
