Why does a 900 MHz wireless security camera interfere with my verizon service ?

So weird. I’ve used 2.4 ghz security cameras with no prob but they interfered with my wifi so I got a 900 MHz wireless but as soon as I plug it in my phone gets no service. Why would that intefere with my blackberry verizon. Does verizon operate on 900 MHz ?

You know what i would do ? I would contact Verizon and have a little chat.. ~
